Tips from Emily
This oil is an amazing multi-use product! I use it as my morning cleanser and as a pre-cleanse at night if I have a ton of sunscreen on. I press a few drops into my skin on top of my sunscreen/makeup during to day for a glowy, dewy look and layer it on over creams at night for extra nourishment.
This product is so exciting to me as an acne-prone person who has always been scared of oils in the past. It is 100% safe for acne prone skin and supports clear skin with the high linoleic acid content (acne prone skin is usually deficient in linoleic acid).
Note - you must remove the product thoroughly (with a wash cloth, makeup eraser, or cotton pads) in order to prep the skin for the rest of your skincare regimen. If you don't remove it thoroughly it will block your skincare from penetrating the skin.
Tips for Estheticians
I use Everything Oil as a pre-cleanse in almost every treatment. It's a great product for clients who want a super simple yet acne-safe regimen, since it can double as a cleanser and a moisturizer. However, most clients will need a true moisturizer (mix of oil and water) if their skin is dehydrated.
Teach your clients to remove this product thoroughly if using it as a cleanser; explain that if they don't remove it all the way it will prevent hydrating products and active serums from penetrating the skin.
