This product is STRONG. Use only on your back. Works best right after showering. Keep in mind: sweat can cause acne, so shower immediately after exercise if you want clear skin. If you can't shower immediately, you can use this product to kill the acne causing bacteria, but use it again after the shower to effectively treat the skin.
